Freedom Online Coalition’s high-level conference Free and Secure Internet for All will take place in the end of April in Tallinn, Estonia.
We are inviting you to watch the live-stream session of the conference and partake in the presentations from the comfort of your home or office.
You would be joining 385 high-level representatives from 60 countries of Africa, Asia, Europe, North and South America and Oceania attending the conference, including 170 members of governments and other public sectors, 150 representatives of NGO-s and international organisations and more than 50 people from the private sector.
Following the live-stream of the event gives you the opportunity to see and hear the Speaker of the Senate of Kenya Ekwee Ethuro, the President of Estonia Toomas Hendrik Ilves, Google Chief Internet Evangelist and “father of the Internet” Vinton Cerf, representatives from various NGOs and ministers from Canada, Estonia, Mongolia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria and Tunisia. They and many others will share their views on applying human rights equally offline and online; on the role of business in advancing an open and free Internet; on e-Governance and on preserving the integrity and openness of the Internet.
At this year’s conference Recommendations for Freedom Online will be introduced by the Freedom Online Coalition. This will serve as a comprehensive instrument developed jointly by all the constituents of the global Internet community and will be adopted by the governments of FOC countries to ensure the further improvement of a free and global Internet. All stakeholders are invited to join the Recommendations at the Conference and online.
Take advantage of the live-stream and be a part of the most important Internet freedom conferences this year!
